Friday Night Lock-Up begins in the Hoosierdome in Indianapolis with fireworks exploding and the crowd chanting "P-O-W!" Some signs read "McNasty is my hero!" "Locomotive rules" and "Breakdown – feel one tonight!"
Ward: Fans, welcome to Friday Night Lock-Up! I’m John Ward, here with Bill Anderson and Big Papa!
Anderson: We have an awesome show tonight, with the semifinals for the POW World Championship taking place and ANOTHER tag team title match!
Ward: Indeed, Payne and Misaree will be facing the Eternal Outlaws again! The Boss has stated that there will be NO interference in this match on penalty of suspension. That match should truly be high-quality!
Big Papa: Are there any women running around tonight?
Ward: I – nevermind. It’s time for our first match, Freak versus "The Diety" Harley DeSalvo!
**"Serial Thrilla" begins to play in the arena"**
Ward: Here comes DeSalvo. Boy, he sure looks pumped!
Anderson: I’d be pumped too. He has a chance to go after the World Title next week!
Ward: The lights are going out as DeSalvo enters the ring. A green spotlight is circling the arena. . .
Anderson: There! It centers on Freak as he walks down to the ring. He looks like he’s hell-bent on winning tonight!
Ward: Not acknowledging the fans, Freak enters the ring. He’s got some size on DeSalvo. . .there’s the bell!
Anderson: DeSalvo runs out and delivers a shoulderblock! Now he bounces off the ropes, Freak ducks and comes back with a dropkick!
Ward: Both men backing up, slowing down and reassessing their situation. Now they lock up!
Anderson: Freak’s pushing DeSalvo into the corner. The ref breaks it up and DeSalvo slips in an eye gouge!
Ward: Dirty but effective! DeSalvo throws Freak into the turnbuckle but Freak comes out punching! He grabs DeSalvo – DDT!
Big Papa: Ouch!
Anderson: Freak doesn’t let up. That’s a good thing.
Ward: He picks DeSalvo up and slings him to the ropes. Clothesline! He picks DeSalvo up again and gives him a bodyslam. Now he’s going up top!
Anderson: DeSalvo looks dazed on the mat. . .wait, he’s faking!
Ward: Ow! Freak straddles the ropes! DeSalvo grabs the ropes and flings Freak onto the mat!
Big Papa: So he wasn’t hurt that bad?
Ward: No… He puts Freak in a chinlock, slowing the pace down…
…Ward: This has been a great match! Both men are feeling the effects of the battle as well!
Anderson: DeSalvo’s been taking some head shots that look like they would knock a mule down, and Freak’s taken his fair share of body blows. But both of them are still in this fight!
Ward: DeSalvo with the upper hand, hits a vertical suplex on Freak. Now he goes back into a chinlock.
Anderson: He’s been able to slow this match down pretty well, but Freak isn’t sitting still for him!
Ward: Freak battling to his feet, delivering some elbows…DeSalvo grabs his hair and gives him a running bulldog! Now DeSalvo’s going up top!
Anderson: Freak better watch out…
Ward: MISSILE DROPKICK! A cover! 1.. 2.. no! How did he kick out of that!?
Anderson: Who knows. DeSalvo looks frustrated.
Ward: I would be too… Freak and DeSalvo both on their feet. Freak delivers a kick to the gut, throws him into the ropes, sleeperhold!
Anderson: Tired as they are, this could put DeSalvo out!
Ward: DeSalvo fighting back with elbows to the stomach of Freak…but Freak’s not giving in! He hits a German suplex!
Anderson: He’s calling for his move…
Ward: OVERDOSE! 1.. 2.. 3! Freak is going to the finals for the POW world championship!
**Winner: Freak via pinfall at 11:31**
**Breakdown vs. Cardinal Sin**
…Ward: A slow match, with Cardinal Sin taking a pretty bad beating from Breakdown.
Anderson: Yeah, Sin’s been getting mauled for the last five minutes or so. Breakdown hit a couple of high-impact moves early, then slowed the pace down with some submission holds.
Ward: Breakdown picks up Cardinal Sin for a bodyslam, but Sin starts kicking his feet! Sin falls onto Breakdown! He covers… 1.. 2.. no!
Anderson: SO close!
Ward: Breakdown jumps up, visibly upset. He picks Sin up and gives him a backbreaker!
Anderson: You’d think he would have won this by now, what with all the punishment he’s delivered.
Ward: Indeed. Sin grabs Breakdown’s foot from the mat and knocks him down. He puts on an ankle-lock hold! This could be a big upset!
Anderson: No! He’s got the ropes. He pulls up, favoring his leg as Sin punches him in the gut!
Ward: Clothesline! Both men go over the top!
Anderson: Breakdown picks up Sin and throws him back into the ring. He looks mad.
Ward: Breakdown back in the ring…I think Sin hurt himself going over the top…Breakdown hits his finisher! 1…2…3! Breakdown wins!
**Winner: Breakdown via pinfall at 9:01**
**Kooky the Klown vs. Phil A. Sheo**
Ward: Here comes a…ringmaster?
Anderson: Only from someone like Kooky.
Big Papa: You mean a wacko like Kooky…
Ward: Maybe. He’s making an announcement!
Announcer: Ladies and gentlement, boys and girls, children of all ages! POW proudly presents to you, for your wrestling pleasure, Kooky the Klown!
**drum roll sounds**
Ward: Where is he?
Anderson: In the rafters! He’s falling into the arena!
Ward: Not falling! Bungee-jumping!
Big Papa: Yep, he’s nuts.
Ward: Phil A. Sheo’s jogging down to the ring, sizing up Kooky. I think he likes what he sees!
Big Papa: Meaning…?
Anderson: Nothing.
Ward: The bell sounds, they lock up! Kooky wrenches Phil’s arm! Elbow to the shoulder!
Anderson: I don’t think Phil wants to wrestle as much as he just wants to touch Kooky…
Big Papa: Meaning…?
Ward: Nothing.
…Anderson: Kooky has taken charge of this match with his high-flying as he hits move after move on Phil!
Ward: Phil doesn’t look so enamored with Kooky now! He looks scared! He’s leaving the ring!
Anderson: Not if the Klown can help it…cross body block to the outside!
Ward: Kooky looks ready to brawl outside for a while! He picks up a chair and gives a monster shot to Phil’s head!
Anderson: The ref warning Kooky he needs to get back in the ring…
Ward: No problem getting Phil back in…I don’t think he’s conscious!
Anderson: Kooky puts Phil in the Balloon…oh, he’s conscious all right! Look at him scream!
Ward: Phil’s tapping out! Kooky wins! He’s going to the finals against Freak for next week’s POW World Title!
**Winner: Kooky the Klown via submission at 7:59**
**Beefcarver vs. Mike McNasty**
Ward: McNasty and Beefcarver have been going at it nonstop now for over fourteen minutes!
Anderson: This is incredible! The rookie Beefcarver is showing he can go toe-to-toe with McNasty!
Big Papa: I didn’t know McNasty even had any skills…
Ward: Just because he’s a fat slob doesn’t mean he can’t wrestle, apparently! He takes down Beefcarver and starts wailing on his head with punches!
Anderson: Beefcarver jumps up, enraged! He tackles McNasty and delivers some punches of his own!
Ward: It looks like McNasty’s hurt now! Beefcarver is wearing him out! He picks McNasty up, PILEDRIVER!
Big Papa: That might’ve hurt if McNasty had something up there.
Ward: Cover…1.. 2.. no! That was close!
Anderson: Beefcarver picks McNasty back up and throws him to the ropes. He puts him in a full nelson, wow! Full-nelson suplex!
Ward: Beefcarver sure knows his stuff! He picks McNasty back up. T-Bone suplex!
Anderson: McNasty’s through now!
Ward: Barb Wire Driver! 1…2…3! Beefcarver picks up an impressive first win in POW!

**Tag Team Title Match: The Eternal Outlaws vs. Payne and Misaree**
Ward: The Eternal Outlaws are standing in the ring, waiting for the tag team champs.
Anderson: Here come Payne and Misaree, accompanied by the POW Boss!
Ward: He is gesturing for P & M to go down to the ring. He has a mic…
POW Boss: Alright. This match is going to be fair. No outside interference, no illegal weapons, none of that. If there is a DQ in this match I’m going to be suspending someone, understand? And if anyone comes out of that audience they’re going to go straight to jail. Good luck gentlemen!
Ward: The bell sounds and the match has begun! Payne in first, sizing up Blade…they lock up!
Anderson: Payne pushes Blade into the EO corner and doesn’t see the tag to Shadowhawk! Shadowhawk jumps over the rope and clotheslines Payne!
Ward: Nice teamwork! Misaree looks on as Shadowhawk picks Payne up and gives him a Samoan drop! Guillotine legdrop! P & M are in trouble here!
Anderson: Pin!
Ward: 1.. 2.. Misaree makes the save!
Anderson: Good thing for Payne…low blow! The ref missed it!
Big Papa: Ding!
Ward: Payne to his feet and delivers a shot to the throat of Shadowhawk. Looks like we counted P&M out too soon, guys.
Anderson: Payne jumps up, headscissors on Shadowhawk! Shadowhawk slides out of the ring and goes around to his corner!
Ward: Payne takes the opportunity to tag in Misaree. Shadowhawk slides in, tags Blade, and two fresh men are in!
Anderson: They lock up. Blade gets an armlock locked in on Misaree…now he’s giving shoulder blows!
Ward: Misaree to the ropes, and he recieves a beautiful tiltawhirl backbreaker! This match could go on a while…
…Anderson: I’m tired just watching these guys!
Ward: Tell me about it! No one’s been able to gain the upper hand here, as Blade and Payne trade chops in the center of the ring!
Anderson: Payne knocks Blade on his keister! Now a dropkick!
Ward: Payne tags in Misaree, and they throw Blade to the ropes, double clothesline! Misaree covers….1..2..3!
Anderson: NO! Just a two count!
Ward: Oh, sorry! That was CLOSE!
Big Papa: I thought it was 3 too.
Ward: Misaree picks up Blade, but Blade takes Misaree’s feet out from under him! They’re rolling on the ground, fighting for the advantage!
Anderson: Blade’s on top! He’s got an armbar on Misaree!
Ward: Payne in with a blow to Blade! The hold’s broken!
Anderson: Blade jumps up and shoves Payne. They’re scuffling in the corner now…the ref’s trying to break them up but Blade won’t back off!
Ward: I see why! Shadowhawk sneaks in and helps Misaree to his feet…SWEET CHIN MUSIC! THE REF DIDN’T SEE IT!
Anderson: Misaree’s out! Payne saw it happen and is yelling at the ref…Blade takes advantage and hits Payne with a DDT while he’s shouting! He rolls over and covers Misaree…1…2…3!!!! NEW TAG CHAMPS! WE HAVE NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPS!
Ward: P & M are out cold as the ref hands the tag team championship belts to Blade and Shadowhawk, the new Tag Team Champions of POW! What a wild night! We’ll see you next week!
